These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are issued by phbida ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting website accessible at phbida.lat. These Terms govern the relationship between phbida and any individual ("User," "you," or "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any product or service offered through the Platform.

By completing the phbida registration process, logging into an existing account, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You further agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations in connection with your use of phbida.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion terms, or supplementary policies published by phbida from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any such supplementary rules, the supplementary rules shall prevail to the extent of the conflict, unless expressly stated otherwise.

phbida reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

To register for and use a phbida account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal age for online gambling under Philippine regulations is 21 years. phbida strictly enforces this requirement and may request valid Philippine government-issued identification to verify your age at any time.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally authorized to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must be registering the account for your own personal use only. Corporate or commercial use of a personal account is prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion database maintained by PAGCOR or any equivalent authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of phbida or any of its service providers in a role that creates a conflict of interest with use of the Platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active phbida account. The opening of multiple accounts — whether in the same name, same mobile number, same GCash wallet, or under different aliases — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. phbida reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts where false, misleading, or unverifiable information has been submitted.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phbida account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits and withdrawals initiated, and all interactions with phbida's games, live dealer tables, and sportsbook.

You must keep your phbida login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. phbida will never contact you by phone, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP.

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify phbida's support team immediately via live chat at phbida.lat. phbida is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the User has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any registered details change, including your mobile number or email address. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phbida Platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended, their balances forfeited, and may be subject to further legal action:

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, artificial wagering patterns, or collusion with other users to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities, or structuring transactions in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity or location in any way.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live dealer games or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage, including through chip dumping, signaling, or coordinated betting strategies.
• Technical exploitation: Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with phbida games or the Platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal game mechanics.
• Underage play: Registering for or using a phbida account if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.
• Unauthorized commercial use: Reselling, sub-licensing, or commercially exploiting any component of the phbida Platform without express written permission from phbida.

All games available on phbida — including live dealer casino games, RNG-based table games, slot games, bingo, specialty games, and sports betting — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, as displayed within the respective game interface or sportsbook section.

Live Dealer Games: Results in live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and all other live dealer titles are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, phbida's server logs constitute the authoritative record of the game outcome. Disputes arising from live dealer games will be resolved by phbida at its sole discretion based on available server data.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on phbida — covering PBA, NBA, UFC, football, boxing, sabong, and all other listed markets — are subject to phbida's Sports Betting Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Odds are subject to change up until the commencement of the event. Bets placed after the designated closing time for a market are void. Live in-play bets are subject to confirmation by phbida's sportsbook engine; phbida reserves the right to void in-play bets where a clear pricing error has occurred.

RNG Games and Slots: All RNG-based games on phbida use certified random number generators that produce outcomes independently of any previous game round. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect the theoretical long-run statistical return and are not a guarantee of any outcome in any individual session.

phbida reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or any other factor that has materially compromised the integrity of the game or event.

phbida offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is activated on the Platform.

General conditions applicable to all phbida bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered according to the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, typically contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• phbida reserves the right to limit the maximum withdrawal amount derived from any bonus promotion. Such limits, if applicable, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User, per promotion period, unless otherwise specified.
• phbida may cancel or claw back any bonus — and associated winnings — from any account where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other prohibited activity is detected in connection with the promotion.

Deposits: phbida accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO internet banking, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT cryptocurrency, 7-Eleven, and other channels as may be added to the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phbida balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. phbida does not charge fees on deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your phbida account dashboard at any time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction, unless otherwise specified for specific payment channels.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as part of phbida's anti-money laundering compliance.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. phbida may request a valid Philippine government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and other Philippine banks are processed within 1–3 business days.
• phbida reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined risk thresholds. Requests subject to review may take up to 5 business days to process.
• Withdrawal of funds associated with active bonus balances is not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

phbida does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder's name, or accounts associated with restricted jurisdictions.

phbida is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino users of the Platform. Gambling at phbida is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 years and above. phbida does not condone problem gambling and actively provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phbida users from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after specified durations of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from phbida. Once a permanent self-exclusion is processed, phbida will not accept any application to reactivate the account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phbida Platform for your own personal and non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the phbida Platform without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any phbida software or game engine.
• Use the phbida name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.
• Create derivative works based on any phbida content.

Any unauthorized use of phbida's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbida shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any technical malfunction, server outage, data corruption, or loss of connectivity affecting access to the Platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits caused by third-party payment providers including GCash or Maya.
• Any loss of game session data or bet history resulting from circumstances beyond phbida's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by phbida in the exercise of its discretion under these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or void bet determinations, where made in good faith.

phbida's total aggregate liability to any single User arising from any cause connected with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their phbida account in the 12 months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits phbida's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your use of phbida is governed by phbida's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

phbida collects personal data from users for the purposes of account management, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support. Data is processed in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations.

phbida reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account — and forfeit any associated balances or pending withdrawals — where phbida has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Opening or using multiple accounts.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraud or cheating.
• Being under 21 years of age.
• Requesting and being granted permanent self-exclusion.
• Being included in a PAGCOR or equivalent self-exclusion register.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Any activity constituting a criminal offence under Philippine law.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, phbida will use reasonable endeavours to notify the User and complete any review within 14 calendar days. phbida's decisions regarding account suspension and termination are final.

You may close your phbida account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

phbida may amend, revise, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Platform features. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is always displayed at the top of this page.

Where phbida determines that a material amendment has been made to these Terms, phbida will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Continued use of the phbida Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the phbida Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between a User and phbida arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through phbida's internal dispute resolution process by contacting phbida's support team. phbida will use reasonable endeavours to respond to and resolve complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phbida's internal process, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall limit your right as a Filipino consumer to seek resolution through any applicable consumer protection body or regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
